As a precaution, the software author recommends a backup of EmuCenter2 before use the development versions.
(save the folders "C:\Program Files\EmuCenter2" and "C:\Users\Public\EmuCenter2" and export the registry key "[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\EmuCenter2]" with regedit.exe)
